The Vision
This T-shirt was imagined as a portal—a piece that carries the vibrant energy of mushrooms, rendered both in digital brilliance and in hand-stitched tactility. It is a celebration of altered perception, where art, fabric, and nature converge in a trippy yet grounded expression.
Drawing it into Form
On the deep blue fabric, a cluster of mushrooms grows along the side seam—stretching upward like a radiant garden. Their caps shimmer with color, their stems threaded with subtle embroidery that catches the light. The placement makes them feel alive, as though sprouting from the very body of the wearer.
Artisans Begin Crafting
The digital artwork was first printed with precision, capturing the glowing gradient of the mushrooms. Artisans then stitched into the print, layering threads to create highlights and textures. The combination of machine and hand ensured the mushrooms would feel both hyperreal and tactile, merging two worlds into one design.
