The Vision
Todd imagined a piece that would honor both nature and narrative—a bandhgala that felt timeless yet deeply personal. For his intimate backyard wedding, he wanted something that reflected warmth, sincerity, and the quiet elegance of a moment shared under open sky. His vision called for a garment that carried tradition without formality weighing it down, allowing the day’s softness to lead.
Drawing it into Form
Working with Todd’s vision, the artisans shaped proportions, placement, and palette to create harmony between the garment and the setting. They refined the embroidery to echo the gentle geometry of garden vines and classic motifs, ensuring the piece felt both modern and timeless.
Artisans Begin Crafting
With steady hands and thoughtful pacing, the artisans brought the garment to life. Each motif was drawn, traced, and slowly built up with hand-guided thread, allowing the design to grow organically—much like the wedding setting itself.
